FOSTER UPDATE 5/6/08
This precious girl has been
through so much in her short life. She's still such a puppy (but
completely housebroken). She is small and petite, energetic and playful.
She gets along well with my two cats and two older Goldens. Soon after I
got her one of my "senior" girls tried to show Maggee who was boss, and
she and Maggee really got into a scuffle, but now they act like best
friends. Maggee has to be kept quiet for a few more weeks, but she would
love to run and play in the yard.
Her coat and feathering will probably take months to grow back after the
stress of giving birth, nursing puppies, and not being taken care of
herself. She is being pampered now, and she loves every minute of it.
She has two different colored eyes, one brown and one blue. She has one
foot that is white with brown freckles.
Other than that, she just looks like a small Golden, and she certainly
has the sweet Golden nature.

Intake Report
4/17/08
This precious little girl was thrown out on the side of the road
in rural West Tennessee along with her litter of puppies. Two of
her babies were hit before the local humane society could get there to
save them. They did get them along with her puppies.
Once the puppies were weaned, MAGRR was called to take Maggee.
Maggee has one eye that is blue which makes her very
distinctive. She is very pretty and very petite. She has
just finished nursing her babies so will look much better when spayed
and her tummy tightened. She is very young and should not have had
to worry about "birthin' babies." She is very sweet and wanted
pets and love from all around her. She is at our clinic getting
"the works."
Don't worry, her babies are all going to the
Northeast where they will find good homes.
