FOSTER UPDATE 4//3/07
Cinnamon has been with us now for almost 2 weeks and she is doing great!  I think having a new environment was a bit unsettling to her at first.  The better part of the first 4 days were spent “jockeying” for position with my other dog.  She didn’t want him to be in the same room and they generally avoided each other.  Now they don’t seem to have any issues and hang out together….walks are wonderful…they walk side by side, shoulder to shoulder.  It’s amazing.  She has met other dogs on our walks and is friendly, but I am still considering whether or not she would be best suited for a household where she would be an only dog.  I just think she would be happier and that it would be best for her.

She is a smart girl and has quickly learned very that it is not OK to jump or counter-surf.  She is however, possessive of her toys.  She has also shown absolutely no signs of wanting to bolt or climb fences …and hasn’t had a single accident in the house.   She is very gentle and sweet, has a wonderful disposition and is a very nice companion.

Intake Report 3/3/08
Cinnamon was surrendered by her owner because she had no time for her.  She had gotten her from a friend about a year ago, so this poor little girl has been bounced around.  She is a very sweet girl.  She is an escape artist - can climb a 4 ft chain link if left to her own devices.  She just needs someone to give her some attention and to love her.  She should go to her foster in a few days.
